I haven't been able to get out snorkeling like I wanted to as the seas have been a little angry... However, the pool is just a little shuffle across the parking lot (and it's heated!). Once I get in, I can just float, swim and even walk with no problems, ahhhhh :)
Think I'll be spending a lot of time in the ole pool in the days/weeks to come...

Chris, Hi...I'm Liz....
I stumbled onto your blog tonight, and glad I did...I perused several of your posts and just really wanted to write.....
.....I don't even have anything earth shattering to say, is that allright? But just wanted to send a wish of peace...
...can this perfect stranger be completely presumptuous and share a quote that's been meaningful to me during challenging times in my life? It's by Julian of Norwich...During a dark, disorienting time of disillusionment in her life she secluded herself to seek God for answers....
...When she emerged from her hiatus, she had found peace, though her cirumstances had not changed...And all she said when asked about God's answer was this...
"All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well."
Peace, friend,
Please come visit my site anytime,
Liz
Chris: I'm glad you came over to the courtyard tonight. It's so nice to see your smile and to know that you and Danny are deepening your friendship by sharing this time together.
I like the books on your bookshelf. I have read a lot of Thich Nhat Hanh. It was neat being in his hometown of Hue when I was in Vietnam a few years ago. He had been banned from coming back to Vietnam after he was kicked out for helping both sides during the Vietnam War. He came back in 2005 for a visit. Our guide said that there was a very special kind of energy in Hue when he was there. I've always wanted to go to a retreat at Plum Village in France.
I hope you are getting massage for your extremeties. My sister swears by EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, which is a tapping variation of acupuncture for her neuropathy in her feet and sometimes hands from diabetes.
